近期，因部分国家和地区发生了新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，同学们的健康与平安是当前宿州学院最重要的关切。

Recently, there has been an outbreak of the pneumonia caused by a new strain of coronavirus in some countries and districts. Your safety and health are one of the greatest concerns of Suzhou University.

截至目前我校尚无新型冠状病毒感染的患者。为做好新型冠状病毒感染预防，提高同学们的自我防护意识，保障身体健康，希望全体留学生共克时艰，共同做到以下几点：

So far, there is no 2019-nCoV patient within our University. In order to prevent and control the infection, improve the awareness of self-protection and protect the physical health of students, we ask all international students to join together to encounter this crisis by adhering to the following:

一、认真服从学校疫情防控工作安排

Abide by the University Arrangements in Prevention and Control of the Epidemic

1、为保障全体留学生的健康安全，不要到疫情区从事任何活动，也要避免接触疫情区返回的人员，尽量减少感染机会。

For the safety of all international students, please do not enter epidemic areas for any reasons, and avoid contact with people who have been in the epidemic areas to reduce the risk of infection.

2、学校决定推迟春季开学时间，具体复学时间将根据疫情发展情况研判确定。在学校正式发布复学通知之前，全体留学生请勿提前到校。留学生可充分利用网络资源，自行学习相关课程。

The opening of the spring semester of 2020 will be postponed. THE NEW REGISTRATION TIME WILL BE NOTIFIED ACCORDING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF EPIDEMIC. STUDENTS WHO ARE OUT OF CAMPUS SHALL NOT COME TO THE UNIVERSITY WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. STUDENTS CAN LEARN SOME RELATED COURSES ON THE INTERNET.

3、为有效切断传播途径，降低同学们旅行途中被感染风险，无论你身在何处，请务必不要提前到校。如条件允许，请在原地停留，避免跨区域移动，直至学校发布正式复学通知后，再订购机票或车票。

In order to cut off transmission channels, reduce the risk of infection while traveling, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE AT THE MOMENT, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE UNIVERSITY. If possible, stay at the place where you are right now, avoid intercity transportation, and book your tickets until the official notice on new opening time of the University is issued.

二、做好个人防护，减少感染风险

Pay Attention to Personal Protection to Reduce the Risk of Infection

1、避免前往人群密集的公共场所。避免接触发热呼吸道感染病人，外出请佩戴口罩，做好防护。推荐选择外科医用口罩、N95口罩，佩戴正确，定时更换，使用后放置在塑料袋内丢弃在有害垃圾箱内。

Please avoid going to crowded places. Avoid contact with people who symptoms of fever or respiratory infection. Wear a mask outdoors to protect yourself. Surgical masks or N95 masks are recommended and please make sure to wear them properly and change them periodically. Discard them in plastic bags as hazardous waste.

2、注意个人卫生，出门前后勤洗手、不随地吐痰。打喷嚏或咳嗽时，不要直接用手捂住口鼻，应该使用纸巾或弯曲手肘掩盖口鼻。用过的纸巾应丢弃在有害垃圾箱内。

Please pay close attention to your personal hygiene. Wash your hands frequently after returning home. No spiting. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or you can cough or sneeze into your sleeve, but avoiding covering with your hands directly. Discard used tissues in hazardous waste bin.

3、加强锻炼，规律作息，保持室内卫生整洁，空气流通。

Exercise regularly and live on a regular schedule. Open windows regularly to maintain good ventilation.

4、避免接触野生动物，不要捕食、贩卖、购买野味。购买水鲜禽肉要从正规渠道，食用禽肉蛋奶要充分煮熟。

Avoid contact with wild animals. Please do not hunt, sell or buy wild animals. Buy seafood or poultry products through proper channels. Eat thoroughly cooked meat and eggs.

5、如果有出现发热、乏力、干咳等呼吸道症状，请戴上口罩及时就近到医院就诊，同时要告知医生有接触类似病人或动物接触史、旅行史等信息。

If you have symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough or trouble breathing, please wear a mask and seek prompt medical attention. Please inform doctors of your previous contact with confirmed cases or wild animals, or travel history.

同学们，防控疫情需要我们每个人的努力，请大家保持电话畅通，感谢你们的理解与配合，希望大家都能严格做好防护工作，时刻关注身体健康，保持良好生活习惯，合理安排学习生活。
